Starting a Business from Scratch with an Unsecured Loan

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Mary_Wise]Mary Wise You surely wonder which type of loan you need, weather you qualify for a business loan or not, where you can get the loan that you need and how can you improve your chances of getting approved. Well, read on as all your questions are about to be answered. When you think about starting a new business, the first thing you think about is a business loan, yet youd be mistaken if you think you can get approved for a business loan. Business loans are only for running businesses with at least a 3 year running provable credit history. Unsecured Business Loans If you want to start a new business from scratch or get finance for your running business that doesnt have 3 years of credit history yet, youll have to apply for an unsecured loan. Since unsecured loans carry no collateral, your credit score or the firms credit score will determine your ability to obtain the loan along with the interest rate youll be charged. The reason why an unsecured loan is the smart way to go is that, businesses tend to generate income rapidly once everything is settled up, so youll be able to repay it sooner and avoid the risk of repossession if something goes wrong. The flexibility associated with unsecured loans is what makes them the rule when it comes to businesses. Specific Requirements Since youll be applying for an unsecured loan for starting a new business, and given that there are lenders specialized in dealing with this kind of situations, you should get prepared for this loan process by putting together the following documentation: You need to prepare a Business Outline; youll include in this paper all the information regarding the future business: its structure, market conditions, employees needed, machinery needed, etc. Anything that a capitalist would like to know before giving his money for an investment are the same things a lender will want to know. Youll also need to provide a financial avowal stating, if your business has been running for at least a year, everything related to its performance: General Costs, Income, Expenses, Results, etc. There are a lot of forms youll need to fill that will be provided by the lender, but in order for you to be prepared, you should know theyll deal with insurance, legal issues, social security, etc. Loan Amount and Feasibility The loan amount youll be able to get will depend on your credit score and history but lenders are willing to lend $200000 or more as long as they consider your business project to be viable. So you need to concentrate on convincing them that you can achieve everything youve claimed in your business outline. Promises are not enough, you need to show proof that everything you propose is doable and that the only thing you need is the finance that theyll provide. Mary Wise, a professional consultant with twenty years in the financial field, helps people in the process of securing personal loans, mortgage, refinance or consolidation loans and preventing consumers from falling into the hands of fraudulent lenders.

How to Break Up - Successfully

By Annelise Carter I remember my first break up, where I was the one doing the breaking up... it was tough, in fact, it took me a whole year of really figuring out what and how I was going to do it! I was young and the relationship was such that I was very dependant on my partner, and I found it very difficult to leave him. In the end, it got to the point where enough was enough. By nature, I am a very strong person and to have been in a relationship for nearly 4 years where I was submissive had finally worn out its welcome! It took me a week to get things organised. My partner was self employed and I did all his bookwork for him, so I arranged for someone to take over that and also informed his boss that I was going to be leaving him! Possibily not the smartest thing to do, but I was so worried about how he was going to take it, that I wanted to make sure that there was someone that would look out for him... as I still cared about him and didn't want to hurt him. The day came and I had written a letter, because I knew, that at the tender age of 23 I would not be able to utter the words... I got home from work, handed him the letter and waited. We spent the next 2 hours crying and talking and I ended up packing a bag and heading to my parents. It was one of the hardest things I ever had to do, but in the end it was the best. After a few weeks, I began to see just how destructive the relationship had been and how he just was not right for me. Within in 4 months, I had met someone new and was very happy. Is there any right way to break up with someone? I don't believe there is, but there are definitely some wrong ways!! Avoid these when breaking up with someone: 1. Do not break up with someone via a text, it shows you have no respect for that person and that you placed no value on the relationship at all. 2. Do not break up with someone over the phone. This is just about as bad via text! 3. Keep it clean. If the reason you are breaking up is soley because of that person, then the best way to phrase it is to say something along the lines that you have grown and changed and that you just don't feel the same way about that person that you once did. Attacking someone is never an option. 4. Do not break up with someone in front of their family or friends! Can you imagine the embarrasment and humiliation they will feel? This can lead to the person dumped doing drastic things! 5. Do not have an affair while you are still with someone! This is one of the worst ways to break up with someone and it hurts the other person immensely. If you feel the pull to someone else and think you are going to act on it, then is it not fair to end the relationship you are in? Because if you are having feelings for someone else, you are already gone... Breaking up is something that we all face at some point in our lives... there are a few lucky few that never have to experience this emotional rollarcoaster, like my parents! They have been together since they were 19 & 20, and it is a very long, distant memory of any of the break ups they suffered prior to then! In the end, all you can do is look after yourself, be true to you and respect the other person enough to break up with them face to face. Freelance Work: The Changing Face of Employment

By Jesse Somer The world sure is changing, and if you look at job employment you will see what I mean. Let's just go back to our grandparent's generation, even though I'm sure if we went back further we would see very different structures of work in the tribal periods of our history. Our grandparents usually found a skill, and then used that one skill to work for their whole career. An example is my grandfather who was a salesman for the same suit company for 44 years. There is nothing wrong with this. His job was secure; he knew there would be a superannuating fund when he retired, and that there would always be food on the table for his family. These days in the 21st century things have changed, and they are still changing rapidly as we speak. Nowadays it isn't strange for a person to have around five completely different career paths in their lifetime. You might think that job security is much lower, but there are new types of jobs emerging everyday with the advent of modern technology. Older people can go back to schools and be educated in totally new areas that are greatly desired in society. One of the greatest changes in recent times is the fact that a lot of people are now working for themselves as freelancers from home. Society is still getting all the necessary work done, but the structures in which individuals pursue their dreams and goals in their areas of interest have changed completely. If you are working at home for your own business, you sure don't have the old hierarchy of bosses watching over your every move, judging your worth, and threatening you with dismissal. People are now self-motivated as they know that if they don't get out there and share their skills and attributes with society, they simply might be forgotten. There is a new way of acquiring work these days that is so very different than the days of perusing the job-ads in the newspaper or going door-to-door asking for work. Surprise, surprise, its on the Internet! There are now on-line marketplaces for both employers to offer work and for potential freelance employees to show their portfolios. There are many, but an excellent example of one of these sites is www.guru.com. On Guru.com once you have registered your portfolio for free, you can then bid for jobs that prospective employers have advertised. On the other hand, if you are an employer, you can go to the category of work you need done (E.g.: Creative Writing) and search through a list of professionals that you can then contact to do the job. These professionals exhibit the amount that they charge per hour, how much they have already earned through the site and a portfolio of examples of their work. They are then given a rating that has been compiled by the employers who have used their services. It is quite unbelievable; they've got people and job types from a multitude of different areas, just about any type of freelance work you can imagine: E.g. Website design, marketing, writing, graphic design, legal, engineering, photography, finance-the list is quite extensive. So you see, "the times they are a-changin'" my friends. Imagine if you were frozen in time one hundred years ago and then thawed out today. All the basic human beliefs and emotions would be the same, but how would the world look to you? We've got to go with the flow and not get lost in the structures of old. What's your goal? Get on the Web! Jesse S. Somer

Roulette System: Illegal Tactics Casino Use Against You

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Raymond_Lai]Raymond Lai Roulette System: "The Almost Illegal Tactic Casinos Use
Against You So They Win" This article is going to show you an
evil tactic the casino and Las Vegas employs
so you lose more and win less. Let's face it,
you go to have some fun and win money.
But in the casino's eyes you're cattle being
lead to the slaughter house. They'll do almost anything to get your hard
earned cash.. I'll tell you more below.. ;) I hate it. It absolutely makes me sick, when the casino
uses this tactic against people like you and me, who
go to the casino to have fun and win some money. If
you are one of my students, you'll know that gambling
requires strategy and sharp precision judgements
and decisions. So how can the casino ruin you're thinking?
It's really simple and wins them even more of your hard
earned money even worse than slot
machines! Their chief tactic against players is to fill them up
with free booze. Let's face it when you get hammered
you don't exactly think in a very logical way.
You're emotions start controlling your brain
and you make stupid decisions --
And the casino loves that! I had one student who was up $5000 at the roulette table
and then the casino started feeding him free drinks.
Hey, I can't blame him he was a young guy, and who can
resist free booze? Well anyways he had over 10 people
watching him at the table, he was winning winning
and winning some more. Until he had one too many drinks. Slowly but surely he started making stupid bets,
he quit using basic pivot strategy, he lost all
focus on money management strategy and before
you knew it he was down to his last $5. So the moral of the story is, stay away from any
drugs or alcohol that will impair your judgement.
Gambling shouldn't be just for fun. Gambling is deadly serious since it's about winning
money not losing it! So to keep your shirt on your back, I repeat, stay
away from the free booze. If you do plan on drinking
stay away from the gambling pit, you'll just dig
yourself deep into a hole, like a dog buries
his bone. Want to win more money even with a small bank roll?
It's easy and thousands of people are doing it!

Gaining Business Intelligence by Cell Phone

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=L._Winslow]L. Winslow Sun Tzu said that if you know your enemy and yourself then in a hundred battles you should prevail. Now let's apply this to gaining business intelligence by use of your communication system and let's talk a little bit about the business tools you use for communication. First of all if you want to prevail in 100 battles you need to know yourself and that means you need to know your capabilities and all the tools at your disposal. I assume that you are you and therefore you know yourself very well and your capabilities as a human. But do you know your capabilities of your current communication systems? When was the last time you audited your business communication system? When was the last time you studied your phone bill or looked into all the potential features on your cell phone? Most people do not know how to program their VCR and about the same number of people have not used all the features on their cell phones, perhaps they are too complicated? Is your cell phone complicated? Maybe it is time that you upgraded your cell phone and found one with all the features you need like instant messaging, e-mail, news alerts and contact management software built-in? Are you currently on 3-D wireless or are you on the old system? How much are you paying for your current cell phone, have you looked into a better rate plan? It is time that you audited your business Communications Systems and you should probably start with your cell phone that you the most and that you wear everywhere you go. Then and only then are you prepared for the next step. Sun Tzu says you must know your enemy and in business that would be your competition. The best way to gain business intelligence is through business communication tools. Therefore you need to use these business communication tools such as your cell phone to call up your vendors and find out what they know about your competition. You also need to contact your customers and ask them what they like and do not like about your business. And you should exit poll your competition's customers as well and then compare the two to really get a good handle on knowing your competition. But first you need a good phone system and then you need to use it. L. Winslow is a Communications, Industry and Economic Advisor to the Online Think Tank, a Futurist and retired entrepreneur. Currently he is planning a bicycle ride across the US to raise money for charity and is sponsored by http://www.Calling-Plans.com and all the proceeds will go to various charities who sign up. Investigate a Date Before It's Too Late?

By Tad Stevens Woman Savers, Dont Date Him Girl, Cheaters Hall of Shame, just to name a few.... It seems like every time I look a new website appears with the goal of trying to identify a cheating spouse or lover. The intended mission of these websites is to create a database of cheaters in the hopes of preventing other people from becoming a victim of infidelity. The main idea behind these websites goes something like this: You meet someone who captures your interest, so you decided to check his or her relational history, and depending on what you discover you either follow your heart or you abandon your romantic intentions and move on to someone else. While the idea is simple enough, does it really work? I have my doubts. For starters, creating a database of cheaters is problematic simply because too many people cheat. If the estimates are correct, its safe to assume that half the population may cheat at one time or another. So, for a database to be somewhat accurate, it may have to list hundreds of millions of people. But, if most people are listed, how useful does that information become? As a general rule of thumb, information is most useful when it identifies a small and defined group of people. When information applies to too many people, it becomes less informative because it does not help people make decisions. If most of the people you are interested in dating have cheated at one time or another, how do you decide who to date? These databases would be much more useful if only a handful of people cheated and they could be accurately identified. Related to the point above, not only do too many people cheat, but there are too many databases currently in existence. Given the hundreds of databases that exist, and that these databases do not share the names of cheaters with each other, to do a thorough search requires extensive time and effort. Just trying to identify all of the databases that exist can take the better part of a day. Not to mention the fact that registration is often required before a search for a cheater can even be done. When you think about it, who has all of the time and effort required to conduct even minimal check? Another problem with these sites is the tone they take. For the most part, these sites come across as being vindictive in nature. Despite the fact that these sites claim that they are trying to prevent others from getting hurt, more often than not, these sites come across as little more than an opportunity for an ex-lover to settle a score. In other words, these websites strike a more vengeful than a preventative tone. And when people encounter comments and claims made out of spite, they tend to discount whats said. After all, who has not been hurt by an ex-lover? And who really takes heed of what an ex-lover has to say? People assume that ex-lovers are biased and that they only present one side of the story. Most people know better than to believe everything that comes out of the mouth of an ex-lover, especially when their comments appear to be driven by revenge. Finally, these sites dont really take into account the most basic tenet of human nature: Love is based on faith, hope and promise, not facts. When romance is involved, people are blind to the truth. After all, even convicted serial murders receive marriage proposals. I suspect that websites designed to identify cheaters, will have little impact on peoples decision making when it comes to love and romance. Why? Love and romance will always trump information, logic and reason. I dont want to come across as being too critical of these websites. I believe that they serve a useful purpose; its just not the purpose they claim to serve. In their proper perspective, these sites can be entertaining to read and they can provide a place for an ex-lover to vent about things that went wrong. As long as liable is not being committed, I do not see any harm being done. I just do not see much value in them either. I write about close relationships, focusing on the problem of lying and cheating. For more information please visit my blog at Lying and Cheating Blog.
